4. Quotes, Scheduling, and Response Times

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we are not a 24-hour emergency service. We aim to return calls within 24 hours and to provide quotes within 24 to 48 hours. Those are our normal targets rather than a guarantee, and weather, ground conditions, permitting, and equipment availability can move a drilling or service date.

Any pricing discussed on a call or shown in a quote is based on the information available at the time. Final scope and cost are set in the written quote or work order for your property.

5. Licensed Work and Site Access

Well construction, pump work, and well sealing are performed under Wisconsin DNR licensing and in line with state well code, and we carry insurance for the work we do. By scheduling work you confirm you own the property or are authorized to approve work on it, and you agree to give our crew and equipment reasonable access to the work area and to tell us about known underground utilities, septic components, and other buried obstacles on the property.

Depths, yields, timelines, and geology described on this website are general information drawn from work in our service area. Conditions vary parcel by parcel, so nothing on this site is a promise of what a specific well will produce or cost. The website is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
